Patrol Services from Blu Wing
Patrol gives you a visible security presence for a fraction of the cost of a full-time guard. Our officers visit your property in marked vehicles, walk the problem areas and leave a record of every visit.

How a patrol visit works
- A vehicle circuit of the parking areas and drive aisles with patrol lights on.
- A foot check of breezeways, stairwells, mail and package rooms, trash enclosures and amenity spaces.
- A check of the doors and gates you name as secure points.
- Contact with loiterers and trespassers, with police called when they won't leave.
- Photos and notes on anything that raises risk: lighting outages, open gates, propped doors, damaged fencing, dumping or encampments.
Visits you can't predict
We randomize visit times every night and vary the route and direction. People watching your property can't learn the schedule. You choose how many visits per night and the hours they fall in.
Proof of every visit
Officers scan checkpoints on your property to log time on site and route coverage. You get a nightly patrol log with arrival and departure times and an incident report within 12 hours of any incident. For injury, fire, weapons, forced entry or an active police response, we call you right away.
Parking enforcement
If you want it, our officers check permits and enforce your towing rules with your tow company, under Washington's impound notice rules (RCW 46.55).
How pricing works
Patrol is a flat monthly rate based on the number of visits per night. Agreements run month to month. Add-on work like a standing guard for a bad week is quoted separately.

Questions about patrol services
How long is each visit?
It depends on the property. A typical visit runs 15 to 20 minutes. Larger communities get longer patrol blocks, up to several hours a night.
Can I call you between visits?
Yes. Most plans include nightly dispatch response, so you can call and we send an officer.
Do you patrol in Tacoma?
Yes. We run patrol routes in Seattle, Tacoma and anywhere within 50 miles of Seattle.
