What we handle
- Door security and access control, including checking guests against your list.
- Crowd management inside and outside the venue.
- Monitoring the room and responding to incidents.
- Emergency response and coordination with police and fire when needed.
What we need from you
Send us the event address, the date and hours, your expected headcount and your approved guest list if you have one. We'll recommend how many officers you need and whether the event calls for armed coverage.
Armed or unarmed
Most events run with unarmed officers trained in customer service. For events with elevated risk, we provide armed officers under a written agreement.
How booking works
We sign a short event agreement and invoice before the event. Payment is due before the first shift. One-day and weekend events are standard.

Questions about private events
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. We have staffed events on a few days' notice. Call and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you cover events outside Seattle?
Yes. We've worked events in Puyallup and across the region. We cover Seattle, Tacoma and anywhere within 50 miles of Seattle.
Can your officers check IDs and guest lists?
Yes. Send the list ahead and we'll run the door against it.
